Inael Electrical Systems has presented its new solutions for high voltage in photovoltaic solar plants with the launch of a new product: Inael Total Skid.
The Inael Total Skid solution provides a turnkey solution that simplifies project design and minimizes installation costs in solar photovoltaic plants. This equipment, composed of a metal platform, is supplied fully integrated for 24 or 36kV with everything necessary for the conversion of direct current to alternating current and its transformation from LV to HV, up to 10MVA output power, and can be configured to adapt to the needs of any client; one or two photovoltaic inverters, a step-up transformer, medium voltage switchgear and auxiliary services, so that the final product becomes a plug and play systems ready to install and connect in the field.
Inael´s new product does not require any type of housing or covering, as all the present elements are suitable for installation and are insensitive to environmental variations and extreme temperatures (-20º +45º).
Inael Total Skid is made up of a metal platform that contains:
- Outdoor transformer with up to 7.5MVA power.
- Outdoor INAEL MT switchgear (configuration according to power).
- Outdoor BT electrical panel with protection with fuses or automatic switch in the case of STRING inverters or central inverter cabinets.
- Auxiliary Services Panel
- Communications Board
- Security Elements
- Oil collection tank with filter.
The innovative Inael Total Skid is suitable for transport with 40′ HC OPEN TOP containers. In this way, Inael offers efficient and profitable solutions that adapt to the needs of an increasingly competitive global market.
